Technological and Financial Alliance in the UAE to Unveil Smart Solutions for Payroll and Payments Management

Lyapay, a company specializing in fintech solutions and participating in the Dubai Founders HQ initiative, has announced a strategic partnership with Resource Finance, a leading financial institution compliant with Islamic regulations in the UAE. This collaboration will launch the Lyapay Platinum prepaid Mastercard within a structured and reliable financial framework.

The objective of the new card is to empower middle-income employees in the UAE with greater flexibility and efficiency in managing their finances, by providing digital tools that assist them in controlling their daily cash flows.

The Lyapay platform is built around Earned Wage Access (EWA) services, allowing employees to access a portion of their earned salaries directly through the app, offering them increased flexibility in handling their expenses and reducing dependence on short-term credit.

Beyond this service, the platform offers a comprehensive digital financial ecosystem supported by artificial intelligence technologies, enabling users to instantly create a digital account. It includes a growing array of services such as money transfers, instant payments, and other daily financial tools, aimed at helping users improve their money management and enhance long-term financial stability.

This initiative is part of efforts to promote financial inclusion in the UAE, providing easy-to-use and secure financial solutions that align with everyday needs and grant users increased transparency and control over their finances.

Rashed Al Qubaisi, CEO of Resource Finance, stated that the partnership with Lyapay reflects the company’s commitment to delivering innovative and accessible financial solutions, enabling customers to manage their financial affairs with confidence, flexibility, and security.

Meanwhile, Alain Villegas, CEO of Lyapay, emphasized that the company is focused on crafting innovative digital experiences that prioritize users’ financial well-being by providing a seamless, intuitive, and secure way to manage finances.

This collaboration marks an important step towards expanding financial innovation in the UAE, combining Resource Finance’s expertise in offering Sharia-compliant financial services with Lyapay’s technological capabilities and digital innovation, enabling them to provide flexible financial solutions that meet the needs of the workforce in the country.
