Emirates Airlines Resumes Operations and Urges Passengers to Head to the Airport for Afternoon Flights

Emirates Airlines has announced the resumption of its operational services, stating that passengers with confirmed bookings on flights scheduled for this afternoon can proceed to the airport to complete their travel procedures.

The airline clarified that this also applies to transit passengers passing through Dubai, provided their onward flights are operational.

Customers are encouraged to check the flight schedule to see upcoming flights and to book available seats for travel. Emirates is closely monitoring the situation and will adjust its operational timetable in response to any developments.

The airline expressed gratitude to its passengers for their understanding and patience, reiterating that the safety of travelers and crew members remains its top priority and will not be compromised.

For travelers with bookings between February 28 and March 31, the company specified that they can rebook on an alternate flight to their original destination, provided they travel before April 30. This can be done by contacting their travel agents if the booking was made through them or directly reaching out to the airline for direct bookings.

Customers can also request a ticket refund by filling out a refund form for direct bookings or through their travel agents for those made via agencies.

The airline urged all customers to ensure their contact information is updated via the “Manage Booking” service to receive the latest updates regarding their flights. Additionally, all city check-in locations in Dubai remain temporarily closed until further notice, and more information is available in the traveler’s FAQ section.
