Emirates Airlines has announced the suspension of all flights to and from Dubai until further notice, urging all travelers not to head to the airport during this time.
The airline stated that the safety of passengers and crew members is its top priority, with no compromises being made in this regard. They will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available.
Additionally, Emirates Airlines informed customers who booked flights between February 28 and March 31 that they have two options:
Reschedule to an alternative flight: Travelers can rebook their flights to their original destinations for dates on or before April 30. Those who booked through a travel agent should contact them directly, while customers who booked directly with Emirates can reach out via http://emirat.es/support.
Request a ticket refund: Customers can obtain refunds by filling out the refund form available at http://emirat.es/refund.
The airline encouraged customers to verify their contact details at http://emirat.es/managebooking to ensure they receive updates promptly. It was also noted that all check-in locations across Dubai will remain temporarily closed until further notice.
