Completion of 55% of the “Azizi Zen” Project

Azizi Developments has announced that it has completed 55% of the construction for its premium residential project, Azizi Zain, located in the Al Furjan area and connected to the metro network. The building’s structure is fully complete, with overall construction progress at 89% and interior finishing at 98%.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning works are at 46% and 57% completion, respectively, while the total finishing work stands at 42%. Currently, there are 330 workers on-site.
