Citi Bank to “Al Bayan”: We Continue to Offer Our Services in the UAE Without Interruption

Citi Bank has confirmed that it continues to provide uninterrupted services to its clients, noting that its employees in the UAE have transitioned to a fully remote work model as part of precautionary measures aimed at ensuring business continuity and the safety of staff.

In a response to inquiries, the bank stated, “The vast majority of our employees in the UAE have been working remotely, and we have now shifted to a complete remote work model for all colleagues based in the UAE. We are committed to delivering services to our clients without any disruption.”

Furthermore, the bank mentioned, “The decision to evacuate three of our buildings in the UAE was made in response to the information we received and aligns with our obligation to prioritize our employees’ safety. We have confirmed that all staff members are safe.”
