The Cambridge Health Group, a subsidiary of Amanat Holdings, has announced the completion of its acquisition of the remaining minority stake in Sukoon Global Holding, thereby increasing its ownership to 100% of the company’s issued share capital.
In a statement, the group clarified that Amanat initially acquired a 33.25% stake in Sukoon in August 2015. Following this, Cambridge Health increased its ownership to 81.81%, and then to 90.50% after acquiring an additional minority stake of 8.69% in November 2025.
According to the statement, Cambridge Group reported revenues of 404 million dirhams for the year 2025, which reflects an 11% year-over-year growth. Furthermore, its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to approximately 100 million dirhams, showing a 14% increase compared to the previous year.
The group anticipates continuing to achieve double-digit growth throughout 2026, noting that the Sukoon facility in Jeddah has expanded its licensed capacity to 200 beds during 2025 and is currently operating at full capacity.
Ali Saeed bin Harmal Al Dhaheri, Chairman of Amanat Holdings and Chairman of Cambridge Health Group, stated that this transaction aligns with their strategic vision to establish a leading and integrated platform for post-acute care services, delivering sustainable and long-term value.
