A luxurious five-bedroom property within the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah has been sold for 92.5 million AED to professional Cameroonian boxer and former UFC heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou.
This transaction emphasizes the growing interest among investors in luxury residences with global branding in Dubai, particularly in prestigious coastal areas such as Palm Jumeirah.
