Mirid: Architectural Achievements at the Iconic Residences Tower in Dubai

Merid Development Company has announced significant advancements in its luxury residential project, “Iconic Residences,” one of the largest developments in Dubai. They highlighted that construction is progressing steadily through various phases.

Fully equipped teams have achieved key milestones in construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as interior finishes and material coordination.

This update reaffirms the robustness of the ongoing real estate market in Dubai, bolstered by government measures that protect the sector and ensure large projects adhere to their schedules. Michael Bilton, the CEO of Merid, stated:

“Every achievement in the Iconic Residences project reflects the resilience and strength of the real estate market in the UAE. We are committed to advancing the project steadily while maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.”

The ultra-luxurious “Iconic Residences” consists of 66 floors, in addition to the ground floor, and is expected to become a prominent architectural landmark in Dubai.

The project will feature 310 luxury apartments and a distinctive two-story penthouse. The tower has reached a height of approximately 125 meters, with work steadily progressing on the twenty-second floor.
