Dear Appoints “Doka” as its Concrete Partner in “Riv” Riviera

Azizi Developments has announced its partnership with Doka, a company specializing in formwork systems and engineering solutions, for the concrete formwork and scaffolding for the “Riviera” project, a multi-tower residential complex located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai.

Doka’s responsibilities encompass both the vertical and horizontal construction phases for the three towers, each standing 26 stories tall.

These towers are characterized by unique wave-like facades and panoramic glass features inspired by the elegance of the French Riviera. Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, stated:

“Doka is a crucial partner whose expertise ensures the highest levels of precision at every stage of the project. Their engineering knowledge and advanced systems are essential for the successful completion of the Riviera project, in alignment with our quality standards that we uphold across all our developments.”

Due to Riviera’s urban location and ambitious delivery schedule, the project necessitated a formwork strategy that minimizes reliance on cranes, adapts to limited workspace, and maintains a rapid pace of construction across all three towers simultaneously.
