Dubai Investments Appoints Nishant Shah as General Financial Manager

Dubai Investments PJSC, a publicly traded company on the Dubai Financial Market, has announced the appointment of Nishant Shah as the new Chief Financial Officer.

Nishant has been serving as the Acting Chief Financial Officer since July 2025, previously holding the position of Financial Director at Dubai Investments, where he played a crucial role in maintaining the financial stability and operational continuity of the group during a leadership transition.

In his new role as Chief Financial Officer, Nishant Shah will be responsible for steering the group’s financial strategy, overseeing financial reporting processes, treasury management, and investment activities, as well as enhancing the financial governance framework across Dubai Investments’ diverse portfolio.

Since joining Dubai Investments in 2019, Nishant has contributed to the development of financial reporting frameworks and strengthened internal controls, while also supporting several merger and acquisition activities and strategic financing initiatives at the group level. Prior to his tenure at Dubai Investments, he held key positions in audit and consulting at KPMG Lower Gulf Limited, working with publicly listed companies, multinational corporations, and large family-owned businesses.
