Al Ansari Shareholders Approve Distribution of 297 Million Dirhams for 2025 Profits

Al Ansari Financial Services has announced that its shareholders have endorsed the board’s recommendation to distribute a total cash dividend of AED 297 million (equivalent to 4 fils per share) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. This payout represents 74% of the group’s net profits after taxes.

The approved dividends include a final payout of AED 148.5 million (2 fils per share) for the second half of the year, following a similar distribution for the first half of 2025. This approach highlights the group’s commitment to providing balanced returns to its shareholders.

Mohammed Ali Al Ansari, Chairman of Al Ansari Financial Services, stated, “These results illustrate our ongoing commitment to delivering stable and sustainable returns to our shareholders, supported by a resilient business model and solid financial performance. Our ability to maintain a high level of distribution while strengthening our financial position and investing in the company’s local and regional expansion reflects the discipline of our management team.
