AiZizi Real Estate Development has officially announced the simultaneous delivery of the “Riviera 69” and “Beachfront I” projects, part of their flagship “Riviera” development located in the Mohammed bin Rashid City area. This announcement was made during a formal event attended by the group’s CEO, Farhad Aizizi.
This milestone highlights the accelerated pace of construction activities of the company in anticipation of a series of upcoming deliveries for additional buildings over the next few months.

The “Riviera” project is designed to bring the Mediterranean French lifestyle to Dubai, not only in architectural elements but also in celebrating the joy of living (joie de vivre). It features a wide commercial boulevard, a promenade around a crystal-clear lake, and ample green spaces. Due to its strategic location within Mohammed bin Rashid City, the complex offers close connections to key areas of the emirate, solidifying its status as a prominent residential and commercial destination in Dubai’s evolving landscape.
“Riviera 69”, part of the fourth phase of the project, is a 10-story residential building featuring 112 units ranging from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with 11 retail outlets. This project marks the eighth completed building in the fourth phase, increasing the overall completion rate for this phase to 74%. The “Beachfront I,” one of three 20-story residential towers in the Riviera Beachfront project, includes 555 residential units ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments, alongside various retail shops. The project enjoys an exceptional location along a swimmable crystal lake stretching 2.7 kilometers, providing residents with direct access to the beach and outstanding amenities.
The amenities available in the two projects include swimming pools, landscaped gardens, state-of-the-art gyms, designated barbecue areas, children’s play zones, and yoga spaces, reinforcing the status of “Riviera” as a comprehensive residential destination.
