Alf Education Shareholders Approve Distribution of 433 Million Dirhams in Cash Dividends

Aldar Education has successfully concluded the annual meeting of its general assembly, during which shareholders approved all agenda items, including the board of directors’ report and the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

Additionally, shareholders agreed to a cash dividend distribution totaling 224.0 million dirhams for the second half of fiscal year 2025, which includes 67.5 million dirhams allocated for free float investors.

With this approval, the total dividend for the fiscal year 2025 reaches 433 million dirhams, highlighting the company’s disciplined approach to capital allocation and its ongoing commitment to delivering sustainable and long-term returns to shareholders through a clear and transparent dividend policy.

The general assembly also endorsed the board’s recommendation to distribute an interim cash dividend equating to 90% of the company’s profits for the first half of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, thereby bolstering the strength of the dividend framework.
