ENOC Group, a leader in the energy sector, and 7X, a company focused on trade, transportation, and logistics services in the UAE, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a framework for collaboration in e-commerce, rapid trade, logistics enablement, retail innovation, and mobility solutions.
This agreement creates a structured partnership between ENOC and 7X to assess alignment and support strategic priorities across several areas of mutual interest. This includes exploring joint ventures in high-demand sectors like retail and automotive parts, as well as evaluating opportunities to leverage existing dark store operations and expand them for fulfilling online orders. The two companies will also assess the integration of 7X’s national logistics services network, NXN, including pick-up and delivery solutions and smart lockers, within ENOC’s retail network.

The collaboration will also identify opportunities to align ENOC’s “YES” loyalty rewards program with 7X’s platforms and services to enhance customer engagement. Both parties will evaluate solutions to provide the logistics arm of 7X (EMX) with mobile, secure, automated refueling capabilities to improve operational efficiency, and they will leverage the infrastructure, sites, and assets of 7X to deliver community-benefiting services throughout the UAE. Through this initiative, ENOC Group and 7X continue to jointly advance in digital innovation, harnessing advanced technologies to enhance services for communities across the UAE.
