Total Real Estate Valuation in Ajman Reaches 2.92 Billion Dirhams in Q1

In the first quarter of this year, the Emirate of Ajman experienced a remarkable increase in the number of real estate valuation transactions, with growth reaching 63% and a total value of 2.92 billion dirhams across 961 transactions.

Engineer Omar bin Omer Al-Muhairi, the General Director of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the transactions for the valuation of property units amounted to 293, with a total value of 188.2 million dirhams, reflecting a 71% increase compared to the same period in 2022.

He remarked that the data presented in the quarterly real estate report demonstrates the positive performance of the real estate market in Ajman. This data confirms a growing volume of investments within a competitive environment and a flexible investment strategy that enhances investor confidence in the emirate. Notably, there were 434 valuation transactions for golden residency permits for investors, amounting to a total of 767.7 million dirhams.

Additionally, commercial property valuation transactions reached 115, indicating a growth of 42% and totaling 1.6 billion dirhams. Following this were residential properties valued at 823.8 million dirhams, with industrial properties totaling 285.6 million dirhams.
