Abu Dhabi Arabic Adds Three Weekly Direct Flights to Amman Airport

Abu Dhabi Airlines has announced the commencement of direct flights to Amman International Airport in Jordan, with a frequency of three flights per week starting from May 1, 2026. This new route will connect Zayed International Airport with Amman, offering travelers convenient options for journeys between the two cities.

The introduction of this service marks a significant addition as it becomes the second airport in Jordan served by Abu Dhabi Airlines, complementing its existing operations to Queen Alia International Airport (AMM) in Amman.

Adel Ali, CEO of the airline group, stated, “We are delighted to expand our presence in Jordan with the launch of our new service to Amman International Airport. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing air travel and providing more options and convenience for our customers traveling between the UAE and Jordan. By serving two airports in the Jordanian capital, we aim to support the movement of tourists, travelers, and trade between both countries.”

The addition of the new airport enhances the airline’s operations in Jordan, allowing the company to operate daily flights to Queen Alia International Airport, in addition to the three weekly flights to the city airport. This bolsters air connectivity between the two nations, totaling ten flights per week and offering greater flexibility and comfort to travelers.

These new flights also enrich the destination network of Abu Dhabi Airlines, linking the UAE directly to Jordan, with travelers able to fly directly to Queen Alia International Airport from Sharjah International Airport.

Abu Dhabi Airlines operates a modern fleet comprising twelve Airbus A320 aircraft, known for being the most advanced and best-selling single-aisle planes worldwide.
