Dar Global has formed a collaboration with The Trump Organization to establish a luxury golfing destination known as the Trump International Golf Club in Doha, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
This development will cover approximately 790,000 square meters within the expansive eight million square meter Simaisima project, located 40 kilometers north of Doha. It will include an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse, along with luxurious villas that offer beach access and golf course views.
The Simaisima plan, managed by Qatari Diar, which operates under the Qatar Investment Authority, intends to enhance Qatar’s eastern coastline.
The project will feature a 650,000 square meter theme park and designated areas for tourism and hospitality, including a yacht marina, a beach club, and various cultural showcases, shopping options, and dining establishments.
Eric Trump, executive vice-president of The Trump Organization, expressed pride in this partnership with Dar Global, stating, “We are incredibly excited to launch the Trump brand in Qatar through this remarkable collaboration. This marks a vibrant new chapter in our global journey, showcasing our commitment to excellence and world-class experiences in this vibrant market. The Trump International Golf Club in Doha, alongside our exclusive villa community, will reflect the unparalleled quality and prestige associated with the Trump name.”
Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, remarked, “We are privileged to join forces with The Trump Organization to create this iconic development. Merging the global prestige of the Trump brand with our extensive expertise in delivering top-tier residential destinations, the Trump International Golf Club in Doha will redefine ultra-luxury coastal living in the region.”
In June 2024, Dar Global awarded the infrastructure contract for the initial phase of the AIDA project in Oman to Oman Shapoorji Company, with an expected completion date set for 2027.
Furthermore, in October 2024, Dar Global selected Stromek Emirates Foundations for the shoring, excavation, and piling works for ‘The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin,’ a new residential development located on the beachfront in the UAE.
