Greece and UAE Strengthen Strategic Relationship in High-Level Meeting in Athens

On Friday, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis held discussions with Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, the UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, at the Maximos Mansion in Athens, reaffirming the robust strategic relationship between Greece and the UAE.

During their dialogue, both nations declared the renewal of their Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement through an exchange of diplomatic notes, demonstrating their dedication to enhancing economic collaboration. Officials underscored their collective ambition to bolster investment and trade relations, following Mitsotakis’ previous trip to Abu Dhabi in February, where he engaged with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The partnership was praised by both parties as a benchmark for regional collaboration, highlighting their aligned objectives in sustainable development and technological advancement.
