Sudan’s Allegations Against UAE Regarding Genocide Deemed Insufficient – Law360

The International Court of Justice has dismissed Sudan’s allegations against the United Arab Emirates, which claimed that the UAE breached a long-standing anti-genocide agreement by allegedly offering extensive support to the paramilitary group Rapid Support Forces. This support was said to facilitate acts of genocide against the Masalit community in Darfur.
