The President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, held talks with his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, during an official visit by the latter to the UAE. This was reported by the Emirates News Agency (WAM).
The discussions took place at the Qasr Al Shati residence in Abu Dhabi, where both leaders explored the enhancement of bilateral relations and ways to bolster cooperation across various sectors. They particularly focused on initiatives that align with their shared sustainable development goals and mutual interests.
Additionally, the Presidents addressed current regional and global matters. At the conclusion of their discussions, they expressed their commitment to ongoing consultations and coordination between the UAE and Egypt to promote security and stability in the region.
Following their meeting, the UAE president hosted a lunch to honor the Egyptian leader.
The meeting was also attended by key officials, including the UAE Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
