Dubai Unveils Its Largest Logistics Service Complex for the Private Sector

Dotco and Sweden & Sweden real estate company have announced the launch of “Teralogics,” the largest private-sector logistics hub in the emirate. This initiative supports Dubai’s ambitions to rank among the world’s top five premier logistics centers.

Strategically located in the Al Warqa area, north of Dubai, the project spans 3.3 million square feet and is designed to serve as a crucial link within Dubai’s supply chain infrastructure.

Maher Sweden, founder and managing partner of Sweden & Sweden, stated, “The Teralogics project will be developed collaboratively by Dotco and Sweden & Sweden, both of which are well-established firms in the UAE with a strong legacy and proven track record in this field.” He further noted, “Dotco brings decades of experience from various sectors, including construction, hospitality, real estate, and oil and gas, while Sweden & Sweden is recognized for developing some of the highest quality real estate assets. By combining our efforts, we aim to deliver the Teralogics project, which promises to be a landmark initiative that will drive the evolution of the industrial sector in Dubai.”

Teralogics stands out from other projects due to its prime location and adaptability to the dynamic working environment. As one of the few large-scale logistics endeavors in northern Dubai, Teralogics provides access to areas that are underserved by other logistics services, primarily concentrated in southern Dubai. Its modular design and flexible leasing model allow tenants to expand their facilities or customize them to meet diverse requirements. It is noteworthy that construction is already underway for the first phase of the project, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.

Nelson Gibb, CEO of Dotco, commented, “As we accelerate towards achieving the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) goal of doubling Dubai’s economy by 2033, logistics and trade are fundamental pillars in reaching this vision. The project introduces significant new capacity to a sector under increasing pressure from high demand and limited supply. By providing direct access to major highways and immediate connectivity to airports and seaports, Teralogics holds a vital position to support businesses operating throughout the UAE and the broader region.”
