Wasl Launches Phase One Sales of the New Chapter in Jumeirah Properties

Dubai-based Wasl Group, a leading real estate development company, has reported a remarkable success in the launch of the first phase of sales for the “Jumeirah Golf Estates – New Chapter” project. The “Pinewood Estate Homes” units generated significant interest among investors at Wasl’s customer experience center.

The “Pinewood Estate Homes” units, featuring skylights and exclusive panoramic views of the Jumeirah Golf Estates, attracted considerable attention. Corner units, which include private pools and elevators, were particularly popular due to their enhanced elegance and comfort.

Regarding the success of the sales, Mohammed Al-Bahr, Business Development Manager at Wasl, stated, “The strong demand from buyers for the Pinewood Village area within Jumeirah Golf Estates reflects the substantial market interest in luxury family-oriented communities in Dubai. This successful launch marks an important initial step toward fulfilling Wasl Group’s vision for one of its most ambitious master plans, aiming to provide a comprehensive community experience based on a modern lifestyle.”

Pinewood Village offers an ideal environment for families with its focus on luxury living, featuring a country club, abundant green spaces, and dedicated jogging and cycling paths. The “Pinewood Estate Homes” highlight sophisticated designs, stone finishes, glass barriers, porcelain flooring, wood-veneer doors, and exteriors that simulate the appearance of natural wood.

The broader master plan for the project includes 1.5 million square meters of green space, a new 18-hole golf course with a specialized training academy, a luxury hotel resort branded by the five-star Mandarin Oriental, an international school, the largest tennis stadium in the region, along with an advanced equestrian center. Residents will have easy access to major roads and will be linked in the future to Union Metro and Dubai Metro stations.
