Dubai Airports Launches “DXB Greet & Go Hospitality Lounge” Service

Dubai International Airport has introduced a new service called “DXB Greet & Go,” designed to enhance the welcome experience for guests arriving at Terminal 3. This service targets travelers arriving in Dubai who have already made reservations with hotels, limousine services, or licensed tour companies, offering a modern alternative to the traditional method of greeting guests with name signs.

The “Greet & Go” service allows arriving passengers to scan a QR code at a designated kiosk to access real-time information about their assigned driver and vehicle, including the car’s location and license plate number. Subsequently, a multilingual team from the “Greet & Go” service will guide guests from the designated reception area to their vehicles, ensuring a smoother and more comfortable arrival experience.

The newly established “Greet & Go” service, located in the arrivals hall, serves as an organized meeting point that complies with operational and safety standards at Dubai International Airport. It aims to streamline the flow of arriving passengers, reduce congestion, and provide a more orderly welcoming experience.

Issa Al Shamsi, Senior Vice President of Passenger Terminal Operations at Dubai Airports, stated, “The launch of the ‘Greet & Go’ service aligns with our ongoing efforts at Dubai Airports to deliver a more efficient and comfortable travel experience for our guests. This service enables our partners, including hotels and licensed tour operators, to offer a more organized welcome experience, while also improving traffic flow for arriving passengers and the efficiency of our terminal operations.”

The “Greet & Go” service is available for licensed hotels, limousine companies, and tour operators in Dubai. These entities can register driver and vehicle information through the DXB Greet & Go platform and send the QR codes to guests prior to their arrival. Once guests scan the code, the platform team verifies their details and accompanies them to their designated vehicle.
