The Federation of UAE Chambers held discussions today in Dubai with a business delegation from India, led by Dr. Mohan Yadav, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. The talks centered around enhancing cooperation within the private sector and exploring development avenues across several vital industries, particularly manufacturing, textiles, and automotive.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening collaboration and fostering economic partnerships through the Arab-Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which aims to boost trade exchange and stimulate joint investments.
Hamid Mohammed bin Salem, the Secretary-General of the Federation of UAE Chambers, praised the strong economic and trade relations between the two sides. He noted that the UAE is an attractive destination for investments due to its advanced infrastructure, flexible economic regulations, and supportive business environment, alongside a wealth of investment opportunities across various sectors.
He encouraged Indian companies to explore the available opportunities in the UAE market and to build effective partnerships with their UAE counterparts, emphasizing the Federation’s and its member chambers’ commitment to facilitating collaboration among business owners and investors in both countries.
Additionally, the meeting discussed the possibility of signing a memorandum of understanding between the Federation of UAE Chambers and the Madhya Pradesh Development Authority, aimed at strengthening institutional cooperation, sharing expertise and knowledge, and enhancing communication channels between the two parties in areas of mutual interest.
