Luxury Villas Under Construction in Dubai Priced at 430 Million Dirhams

The luxury real estate market in Dubai witnessed two significant transactions today, resulting in the sale of two high-end villas under construction, totaling 430 million dirhams.

Data from the Land Department indicated that the villas are situated in the second Jumeirah area, within the “Rosewood Residences Dubai” project. The first villa is priced at 250 million dirhams and spans an area of 1,418 square meters.

The second villa, valued at 180 million dirhams, covers 1,099 square meters.

Since early morning, property sales have reached 1.7 billion dirhams, arising from 510 transactions.
