The Emirates Group has launched a global initiative to attract and hire talent as part of its new growth phase.
The group aims to recruit 17,300 employees during the current fiscal year, offering 350 varied positions.
These roles span a wide range of sectors within both Emirates Airlines and dnata.
The organization is specifically seeking hundreds of candidates for positions such as cabin crew, pilots, engineers, sales and marketing teams, customer service representatives, ground handling, catering, IT, human resources, and finance.
Dnata is particularly looking to onboard over 4,000 specialists in cargo services, catering, and ground handling.

The group plans to hold over 2,100 recruitment events and open days this year across 150 cities worldwide to attract top pilots, IT professionals, engineers, and cabin crew members.
Additionally, the events will include open days in Dubai aimed at recruiting local students and graduates.

Since 2022, the group has added over 41,000 employees, including around 27,000 in operational roles, bringing the total number of employees today to approximately 121,000.
