The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman hosted the Partners Forum 2025, attended by representatives from various governmental and private entities, aimed at enhancing collaboration and strengthening relationships to serve common goals.
The event, held at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel, showcased the role of strategic partners in the department’s achievements across multiple areas, particularly concerning customer satisfaction, digital infrastructure development, reducing bureaucracy, and establishing a sustainable real estate future.
Akhmed Khalfan Al-Shamsi, Acting Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the forum presented an opportunity to discuss ways to enhance ownership options in Ajman, explore future joint projects, and maximize benefits while highlighting available opportunities to improve institutional performance. He emphasized the importance of anticipating future services and enhancing their quality in line with the rapid development within Ajman’s real estate sector.
He further mentioned that the department is committed to the vision of wise leadership and its directives aimed at eliminating bureaucracy, simplifying processes, and improving methods of operation. He pointed out the significance of offering proactive services characterized by high quality and efficiency to enrich customer experiences and ensure their comfort and well-being.
