The holding company “Response Plus” reported revenues of 248.06 million dirhams for the first half of 2025, showing an 18% increase compared to 209.88 million dirhams recorded in the same period last year. The group announced its interim financial results for the first half of 2025.
The net profit for the period amounted to 20.32 million dirhams, while total assets reached 404.32 million dirhams, up from 387.44 million dirhams as of December 31, 2024. This reflects the strength of its balance sheet and the ongoing momentum of its investments. Earnings per share during this time stood at 0.10 dirhams. The Board of Directors approved the distribution of a temporary cash dividend amounting to 18 million dirhams to shareholders.
