Entrepreneur and investor Maksym Krippa and DIM, a leader in residential development in Kyiv and the region, have announced a partnership. This was reported by the press service of the Dim-Bud company.
Ukrainian businessman, investor and philanthropist Maksym Krippa continues to expand his investment portfolio in real estate. Investments in DIM are a logical continuation of Maxim Krippa’s acquisition of the most famous and largest Kyiv business center “Parus” in 2023, as well as the privatization of the four-star hotel “Ukraine“, located in the heart of Kyiv, in 2024.
Now Krippa is investing in the Ukrainian company DIM, which is building housing in the capital region. The founder and owner of a number of Ukrainian companies, Maksym Krippa is making the third significant investment in Ukrainian real estate during a full-scale invasion. The amount of the investment has not yet been disclosed, and the details will be known later.
