135 Events Scheduled at Dubai Trade Center Until the End of 2025

The Dubai World Trade Centre is gearing up for a busy event season in the final four months of 2025, reinforcing Dubai’s status as a leading global destination for events and business tourism. The agenda includes over 135 events, featuring major conferences and exhibitions across various sectors.

Maher Jalfar, Deputy CEO of the Dubai World Trade Centre, stated, “Building on our strong performance in the first half of this year, we continue to attract event organizers, exhibitors, and visitors from around the globe, while hosting prestigious global events from key and rapidly growing sectors. The upcoming impressive lineup of events demonstrates our ability to convene industry leaders, innovators, speakers, and key players from different parts of the world to shape the future of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.”

September kicks off with the Paper Arabia exhibition (September 2-4), followed by the Mix Tape comedy show (September 6) and Matt Redman live (September 7). Additionally, the Universal Postal Union Conference 2025 will take place (September 8-19), alongside the Global Health Tech Summit (September 8-10) and the Gulf Bride exhibition (September 12-18). The middle of the month will feature a wide array of trade manufacturing exhibitions (all from September 15-17).

The month concludes with the Middle East Advertising and Design Exhibition (September 22-24), the UAE Careers exhibition, and Arab Lab Live (both from September 23-25), the Dubai Global Self-Driving Mobility Conference (September 24-25), the 10th International Congress on Medical Excellence in Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine (September 25-27), and the Water, Energy, and Environment Technology Exhibition (WETEX) (September 30 – October 2).

The first events in October include the Global Green Economy Summit (October 1-2), followed by the Success Exhibition (October 5-7), the International Expo for People of Determination (October 6-8), and the Middle East Agricultural Exhibition and the Forex Exhibition (both from October 6-7). Technology events will highlight the middle of the month with the return of Gitex Global (October 13-17).

In the latter half of the month, focus will shift to healthcare and human resources, featuring the International Family Medicine Conference and Exhibition, the Annual Radiology Summit, and the Future of Healthcare Summit (all from October 21-23), and the Human Resources Summit and Exhibition (October 21-22), wrapping up the month with the Beauty World Middle East exhibition specializing in beauty and wellness (October 27-29).

November will commence with the Gulfood Manufacturing exhibition (November 4-6), the region’s leading event in food and beverage processing, followed by the Global Education Supplies and Solutions Exhibition in Dubai and the Middle East Paper World Exhibition, and the Middle East Toys Exhibition (all from November 11-13), along with the Middle East Tobacco Exhibition (November 11-12).

Additional highlights for the month include the General Assembly of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) (November 11-17), the Middle East and North Africa Mining Conference (November 17-18), the Middle East Natural and Organic Products Exhibition, and the International Textile and Apparel Exhibition (November 17-19), as well as the Vision Plus Expo (November 17-18) and the Dubai Global Food Safety Conference (November 18-19).

The construction and building sector will close out the month with the Big 5 Exhibition, along with the Windows, Doors, and Facades Exhibition, Geo World, and the Global HVAC and Refrigeration Exhibition, plus LiveableCitiesX and Future FM events (from November 24-27).

December Agenda

In December, the Global Neurosurgery Conference is scheduled (December 1-5), alongside the Automechanika Dubai exhibition (December 9-11). The season will conclude with a series of trade fairs including the Asian Mother and Baby Exhibition, China Home Life Exhibition, and Household Appliances and Consumer Electronics Exhibition (all from December 17-19), as well as the Arab Jewelry and Bride exhibition (December 18-21).
