Advanced Parking Structure for “Azizi Tower” Features 14 Levels

Azzizi Developments has announced significant progress in the construction of its first parking facility associated with the Azzizi Tower. This 14-story structure is located on Sheikh Zayed Road and is intended to support the iconic Azzizi Tower, which is set to become the second tallest building in the world upon its completion.

The upcoming parking building is an integral component of the exceptional experience Azzizi aims to deliver. Recognizing the project’s importance, Azzizi has partnered with Doka, a global leader in formwork and scaffolding systems, to provide innovative solutions at one of the most challenging locations in the city.

Doka’s approach involves supplying prefabricated components according to a well-coordinated schedule, eliminating the need for on-site storage. This strategy effectively addresses logistical challenges and ensures smooth construction operations. Progress has continued steadily within the core of the building, while the execution of the floors has been carried out at an accelerated pace through repeated and organized phases, which is essential for a structure designed to embody maximum speed and efficiency.

Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azzizi Group, stated: “The Azzizi Tower signifies a milestone as the second tallest building worldwide, necessitating extraordinary standards that befit this unique project. The utmost precision in execution, from foundational structures to supportive infrastructure, is a non-negotiable principle. It is for this reason that we chose Doka, whose discipline and high efficiency ensure that we adhere to the highest global standards.”

Construction commenced in November 2024, and this project forms part of Azzizi’s extensive developmental portfolio, which includes approximately 150,000 units currently underway, with an estimated value in the billions of dollars. The company continues to establish its presence through iconic projects, including the development of the second tallest skyscraper in the world and a 2.5 billion AED opera house, which Azzizi is providing as a valuable gift to Dubai within the cultural area of the Azzizi Venice project.
