Rashed Bin Hamid Presides Over the 10th Annual Meeting of the “Aims Group” General Assembly

The Annual General Meeting of «Imes Group» convened for its tenth session, led by Sheikh Rashid bin Hamid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board and Head of the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department. The meeting was attended by board members, the Chief Executive Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer who is also the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Sheikh Rashid bin Hamid Al Nuaimi emphasized at the beginning of the meeting that the previous year was a significant milestone for the company, which achieved notable growth in its operational performance. He commended the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional results.

He noted that the company experienced a revenue growth of 34%, reaching 314.91 million dirhams in 2025 compared to 235.13 million dirhams in 2024. He assured that Imes would upgrade its vehicle fleet to keep pace with the large projects it is undertaking, in line with a comprehensive and integrated plan.

During the meeting, the General Assembly addressed the agenda, which included approving the annual report, reviewing the financial statements for the previous year, and discussing the auditor’s report, as well as confirming the appointment of the external auditor for the upcoming year 2026.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Sheikh Rashid bin Hamid Al Nuaimi directed the continuation of efforts aimed at sustainable improvements to achieve optimal results.
