Khalifa Fund Introduces Instant Financing Application Initiative

The Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development has launched an initiative called “Instant Funding Application,” which serves as an innovative platform designed to simplify the process for entrepreneurs seeking direct funding by providing instant eligibility assessments, along with dedicated teams to offer consulting, evaluate the necessary requirements and documents, and assist in completing them.

This initiative targets Emirati entrepreneurs aged 21 to 60 who own existing businesses or are in the growth and expansion phases within the emirate of Abu Dhabi, particularly in priority sectors such as healthcare, education, agriculture, information technology, tourism, and industry.

This announcement was made during the Khalifa Fund’s participation in the “Abu Dhabi Global Entrepreneurship Festival” under the theme “Your Impact is the Pulse of Our Economy.”

<p.Khalifa Al Kuwaiti, the Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship Sector at the Khalifa Fund, took part in a panel discussion titled “Building Abu Dhabi as a Global Platform for Founders,” which examined Abu Dhabi’s position within the global entrepreneurship economy, the role of integration between government policies, capital flow, and supporting institutions in enabling the growth of startups.

During the festival, the fund is also providing a comprehensive program of specialized workshops, including “From Idea to First Revenue,” “Financial Strategy and Confident Pricing,” and “Strategic Customer Discovery,” all focused on developing essential entrepreneurial skills that bridge theoretical knowledge and practical application, thus supporting entrepreneurs in establishing and growing their businesses and ensuring alignment with actual market demands.

Memorandum of Understanding

The fund has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council aimed at establishing a strategic partnership and enhancing integration within the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the emirate. This collaboration will empower youth by involving them in economic events and forums, linking them to funding and investment opportunities, and expanding their access to financing and markets.

<p.The agreement was signed by Khalifa Al Kuwaiti, the Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship Sector at the fund, and Mansour Al Saihg, the Chairman of the council.

<p.This participation reflects the growing impact of the Khalifa Fund’s programs in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises; the fund has successfully supported over 1,200 projects and provided funding exceeding 1.8 billion dirhams, solidifying the role of these projects in driving economic diversification and establishing Abu Dhabi as a global hub for entrepreneurship and innovation.
