Kizad Group, a leading operator of integrated economic zones in the region, has announced the launch of the “Kizad Business Zone,” a new business destination in Abu Dhabi.
This project boasts a strategic location at the entrance of the main E11 road that connects Abu Dhabi with the northern regions, and it is part of the comprehensive plan for developing “Kizad Al Maamoura,” which spans an area of 410 square kilometers.
The development is set to occur in phases, initially covering an area of 3 square kilometers. The infrastructure work has recently begun, with the first phase including the construction of a state-of-the-art office tower totaling 21,000 square meters, along with sports facilities and retail units designed for restaurants near the group’s headquarters, “Kizad One.”
The “Kizad Business Zone” is ideally situated on the main E11 road, connecting Abu Dhabi to Dubai, offering direct access to major logistics, industrial, and service hubs through a vital road network.
Designed as a comprehensive and multi-functional business center, the “Kizad Business Zone” integrates academic, commercial, and industrial sectors within a dynamic and interactive social environment.
Furthermore, the area benefits from its proximity to key strategic projects, including the Media Zone “TwoFour54,” which covers an area of 70,000 square meters, the “Abu Dhabi Food Hub” spanning 3.3 square kilometers, and the “Global Automotive Center,” also under development on a similar scale, established through investment partnerships between Kizad Group and the private sector.
