The Emsteel Group has proudly announced the graduation of 62 citizens, consisting of 49 males and 13 females, from its “Masar” competence development program. This marks the first graduating class of the accelerated version of the program, which was launched in 2024 and spans just one year. Among the graduates, there are 43 specialists in operations and 19 in support roles, filling positions such as “Graduate Engineer” and “Technical Intern.”
Initiated in 2019, the “Masar” program aims to equip new graduates with essential technical, behavioral, and professional skills, enabling them to contribute to the growth of the industrial sector. To date, 180 Emirati professionals have participated in the program. Engineer Saeed Ghobash Al-Rumaithi, CEO of Emsteel Group, stated, “The graduation of this cohort reaffirms Emsteel’s dedication to developing national talents in alignment with the industrial and economic objectives of the UAE.”
