Forum Explores Ways to Strengthen UAE-India Partnership

The Indian Institute of Management Alumni Network – Middle East recently held its main forum titled “Human Capital in the Age of Artificial Intelligence Economy.” This event brought together a distinguished group of government decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and academic thought leaders. High-ranking diplomats, industry leaders, and innovation pioneers also gathered to discuss the rapidly evolving landscape of talent development and management education in the context of global digital transformation.

During the forum, Indian Ambassador to the UAE Sanjay Sudhir and Hadi Badri, CEO of the Dubai Economic Development Corporation, delivered opening speeches. They highlighted the significance of enhancing the strategic partnership between the United Arab Emirates and India, emphasizing that human capital development is a cornerstone of this collaboration.

Hadi Badri remarked, “Dubai’s vision to transform into a global hub for attracting talent and fostering creativity and innovation aligns perfectly with the legacy of the Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad in academic excellence and leadership preparation.”

The initiative to establish a campus for the institute in Dubai underscores the strong ties and collaborative efforts between the UAE and India. We look forward to continuing our support for this partnership, which aims to produce well-trained professionals capable of adapting to advancements and addressing future challenges, thereby contributing to sustainable growth in the UAE and beyond.
