Memorandum of Understanding Between “Ports, Customs, and Free Zone” and the Environmental Friends Association

The Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation has established a memorandum of understanding with the UAE Friends of the Environment Association. The agreement was signed by Engineer Abdullah Al-Houl, CEO of the Planning and Development – Licenses Department of the Corporation, and Dr. Ibrahim Ali Mohammed, President of the Friends of the Environment Association, at the corporation’s headquarters in Dubai. Also present was Asma bint Mani Al-Otaiba, CEO of the Pioneers Center for Employment Guidance.

Engineer Abdullah Al-Houl emphasized that the organization’s environmental initiatives and programs align with its economic goals. The corporation’s commitment to this area is part of its broader efforts to adopt and implement initiatives and projects related to the Quality of Life Strategy 2033, which was launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai.
