“Meraas,” a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, has launched a new phase in the development of “Nad Al Sheba Gardens,” which will add 201 villas and townhouses to the residential community.
The residential units in this phase vary, featuring spacious two-story villas with 4 or 5 bedrooms, as well as luxurious villas with 6 and 7 bedrooms. Additionally, there are townhouses that consist of 3 bedrooms.
These villas offer views of the lush greenery and lakes of the “Nad Al Sheba Gardens” project. Residents can relish the natural beauty in Central Park, which features various water formations and community spaces.
