The company “Nakheel,” a subsidiary of “Dubai Holding,” has awarded a contract worth 2.6 billion dirhams to “Fibrex Construction Group” for the development of the “Bay Villas” project in Dubai Islands. This project will feature 636 luxurious units across five distinctive residential options, reflecting Nakheel’s vision of delivering exceptional waterfront lifestyles.
This collaboration builds upon the strong relationship between the two firms, which previously worked together on the “First Neighborhood West” project in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The “Bay Villas” project aims to provide an upscale living experience within a vibrant community, offering a variety of exclusive housing options including townhouses, semi-detached villas, garden villas, waterfront villas, and beach villas.
