The Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing Company has officially inaugurated its advanced factory in Dubai, aimed at providing a local source of precision rubber belts to meet the demands of the industrial and automotive sectors across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
This new facility is part of the “Made in Dubai” initiative, which aims to enhance the resilience of regional supply chains by reducing reliance on imported components used in transmissions, offering high-quality products tailored to specific needs, and decreasing delivery times.
Practical Solutions
Mehyar Razaki, CEO of Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing, stated, “With the launch of our new factory, we aim to bridge the gap in the regional market by providing reliable and locally produced rubber belts that meet the highest global technical standards. Our production facility is designed to cater to the needs of automotive distributors and original equipment manufacturers, delivering practical and high-performance solutions.”
The company’s product range includes V-belts for automobiles, multi-ribbed belts, timing belts for both passenger and commercial vehicles, and power transmission belts used in pumps, compressors, and air conditioning systems. Additionally, it offers heat-resistant, oil-resistant, and static charge-resistant options, along with engineering services and custom manufacturing for regional partners.
Quality Control
Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing’s products undergo precise manufacturing processes, featuring advanced rubber compounds, high-precision molding, and stringent quality control programs, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO, SAE, and DIN. The facility has the capacity to produce large orders, as well as smaller, custom orders designed to meet specific customer specifications.
Due to its strategic location in Dubai, the company can deliver products swiftly to clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain, while also committing to fulfilling recurring supply requests and export needs.
