The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has launched a new service called “Advertisement Permit” on its AccessRP platform. This initiative aligns with ADGM’s aim to reduce misleading advertisements, enhance market oversight, and bolster investor confidence.
As part of this service, all property advertisements within ADGM’s jurisdiction are now required to obtain a permit from the financial center.
The ADGM Registration Authority introduced this service in partnership with the Department of Municipalities and Transport as well as the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center. This initiative underscores the ongoing efforts of the ADGM as a leading regulatory body to promote governance, transparency, and investor protection within the real estate sector.
The partnership aims to leverage the “Mundane” initiative, launched earlier this year by the Department of Municipalities and Transport through the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center. This initiative represents the first platform for multiple property listings in the UAE.
By integrating the “Mundane” initiative with the Advertisement Permit service, the goal is not only to provide an advertising service but also to connect it with a globally recognized platform designed to empower data aggregators, enhance market standards, and enable trustworthy advertisements. The Advertisement Permit service is now fully operational on the AccessRP platform, covering both Al Maryah and Al Reem Islands.
