The Central Finance Department in Sharjah has signed a collaboration agreement with the Fujairah Charity Association to implement the “Tahsil” payment collection system within the association. This partnership aims to enhance the efficiency of digital payment and collection processes while expanding the use of smart solutions for financial transactions across the United Arab Emirates.
The signing ceremony took place at the Central Finance Department’s headquarters in Sharjah, with the agreement signed by Walid Al Saigh, the Director General of the Central Finance Department, and Youssef Al Marshoudi, the Director General of the Fujairah Charity Association. Attendees included Sheikh Rashid bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the head of the Central Finance Department, along with several leaders and staff members from both sides.
Walid Al Saigh remarked, “The activation of the ‘Tahsil’ system within the Fujairah Charity Association is a pivotal strategic step, demonstrating the system’s efficiency and flexibility in meeting the needs of various institutions beyond the emirate of Sharjah, whether they are charitable, governmental, or service-oriented.”
Youssef Al Marshoudi expressed gratitude for the cooperation with the Central Finance Department in Sharjah and acknowledged its leading role in advancing the digital transformation framework and improving the quality of financial services in the country. He stated that the association is continuously adopting advanced digital solutions to enhance governance efficiency and innovate the delivery of services to donors and beneficiaries. This system will allow clients of the Fujairah Charity Association to access 31 key services through the “Tahsil” platform.
