UAE Launches National Logistics Network “NXN” to Boost E-commerce and Support Businesses

The “7X” group, which operates in trade, transportation, and logistics sectors, has officially launched its new national logistics platform, “NXN.” This launch coincides with the 28th Universal Postal Union Congress taking place in Dubai, organized by the UAE in collaboration with the Union.

“NXN” introduces an innovative model in the postal, logistics, and express delivery sectors, enabling both local and international service providers to offer their services through a fully integrated digital and physical network. This provides individuals, businesses, and the e-commerce sector with a unified and seamless experience for sending, receiving, and storing packages, as well as simplifying logistical handling.

This initiative aligns with the strategic vision of the “7X” group to develop digital solutions serving the business community while reinforcing the UAE’s position as a global hub for trade and logistics, in line with the “We Are the UAE 2031” goals and the “Zero Bureaucracy” initiative.

The network was launched during an event at the first “NXN” branch in Dubai, with attendance from His Excellency Badr Saleem Sultan Al-Olama, Chairman of “7X,” Tarek Al-Wahdi, the group’s CEO, Abdulaziz Al-Hamadi, General Manager of the “NXN” national logistics network, along with representatives from strategic partners.

The network is set to feature over 87 branches and more than 1,000 pickup and drop-off locations, as well as smart lockers throughout the country, backed by digital channels that enhance customer experiences. Flexible delivery options will include same-day and next-day delivery, in addition to storage services and specialized centers for e-commerce and small to medium-sized enterprises.

The network operations are managed through the “Wasla” digital logistics platform developed by “7X,” integrated with the “Win” digital mailbox. Tarek Al-Wahdi, CEO of “7X,” stated, “NXN embodies the practical realization of our vision to create an open network that transforms costly logistics structures into a unified global system. It is a national platform that provides immediate market access and simplifies integration between service providers and customers, thereby solidifying the UAE’s status as a global logistics hub.”

Abdulaziz Al-Hamadi, General Manager of the “NXN” national logistics network, emphasized that the network represents a strategic step toward redefining logistics services in the UAE through four interconnected dimensions: sending, receiving, storage, and empowerment. He noted that it is a unified national platform that opens new avenues for global trade from the UAE, integrating with both “Wasla” and “Win” platforms. The launch of the “NXN” national logistics network underscores the “7X” group’s commitment to supporting the digital transformation agenda and enhancing the national smart infrastructure, establishing the UAE as a leading destination in postal and logistics services on regional and global scales.
