We believe that protecting consumers and trademarks is fundamental to conducting business in a manner that satisfies all parties involved. To emphasize the importance of consumer rights, we have developed a comprehensive strategy and operational model to enhance consumer protection, contributing to Abu Dhabi’s position as a preferred destination for business and investment.”

Al Mansoori further noted, “Field visits, inspection campaigns, and consumer complaints are crucial in identifying counterfeit and non-compliant goods, which safeguard brand rights and promote fair competition, as well as protect consumers from unsafe products that threaten health and safety. In this context, we remain committed to increasing consumer awareness to empower them in understanding their rights and ensuring compliance with business regulations.”
