The companies under the ADNOC group, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, recently released their robust financial results for the first half of 2025. Collectively, they achieved a net profit of approximately 17.5 billion dirhams, an increase from 16.31 billion dirhams recorded during the same period in 2024, reflecting a growth of 7.13%. This result highlights the resilience of their operational model and their ability to generate strong financial returns amid rapid market fluctuations.
Throughout the first half of the year, the listed companies displayed impressive financial performance while making significant progress in executing their strategic priorities aimed at driving growth and enhancing profitability.
ADNOC Gas reported a net income of 9.750 billion dirhams, showing a 12% year-over-year increase from 8.730 billion dirhams in the first half of 2024.
ADNOC Drilling’s net profit rose to 2.541 billion dirhams in the current year’s first half, compared to approximately 2.093 billion dirhams for the same period in 2024, marking a 21% year-over-year increase. The company also experienced a 30% rise in revenues, reaching 8.693 billion dirhams compared to 6.688 billion dirhams.
ADNOC Distribution saw its net profit for the first half of 2025 increase by 12.2% year-over-year to 1.34 billion dirhams, up from around 1.161 billion dirhams in the first half of 2024.
Meanwhile, the net profits for Borouge decreased to 1.74 billion dirhams in the first half of 2025, down from 2.13 billion dirhams during the same period last year, representing an 18.3% decline. Borouge’s revenues stood at 10 billion dirhams, a slight decrease of nearly 3% compared to 10.30 billion dirhams in the first half of 2024.
ADNOC Logistics and Services achieved a net profit of 1.544 billion dirhams in the first half of 2025, growing by 5% compared to 1.473 billion dirhams in the first half of 2024. The company’s revenues for the first half of 2025 reached 8.957 billion dirhams, a remarkable 40% year-over-year increase from 6.395 billion dirhams in the first half of 2024.
Furthermore, Fertiglobe recorded a net profit of 563.7 million dirhams in the first half of this year, down from 723 million dirhams in the same period last year, reflecting a decline of 22%.
