Emirates Petroleum Company (Emarat) has entered into a partnership with Wasl Group to supply liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) services and maintenance across 70 properties, comprising over 8,500 residential and commercial units managed by Wasl. These properties are located in some of Dubai’s prominent neighborhoods, including Jumeirah, Al Quoz, Umm Suqeim, Al Karama, Oud Metha, Naif, Al Murqabat, Al Muhaisnah, Al Rashidiya, Mirdif, and Warsan.

The agreement was signed by Zayed Abbas, Senior Vice President for LPG at Emarat, and Salem Al Nuaimi, Asset Management Services and Solutions Director at Wasl. Under this agreement, Emarat will provide comprehensive LPG solutions, including continuous supply, installation system setups, preventive maintenance services, and emergency response, all while adhering to safety protocols.

The agreement also ensures 24/7 customer support, meter reading, invoicing, and billing for all tenants, whether in residential or commercial properties.

Zayed Abbas stated, “This partnership combines our extensive technical expertise in LPG services with Wasl’s strong presence throughout Dubai, creating substantial value and ensuring enhanced services for thousands of residents and businesses.”

Salem Al Nuaimi added, “By leveraging Emarat’s technical expertise and their advanced digital approach, we can streamline operations and deliver LPG services smartly and efficiently, aligning with our vision for creating modern, connected communities.”

Tenants will benefit from an improved digital experience in LPG services through a dedicated mobile app from Emarat, allowing them to access services in real time and make payments digitally within a user-friendly experience that resonates with the ambitions of a smart Dubai.
