AUX Introduces Its Initial Line of Air Conditioners in the UAE

Always Unlimited eXploration (AUX) Air Conditioners has officially launched its operations in the UAE, marked by a distributor conference held in Dubai. This significant event brought together top executives from AUX Group, industry specialists, and key members of AUX’s UAE sales team, highlighting AUX’s strategic global expansion. The conference generated interest from local media, distributors, and HVAC professionals throughout the region.

Founded in 1986, AUX Group operates across various sectors, including air conditioning, power management, energy solutions, and healthcare services. In 2024, the Group achieved a revenue surpassing $12 billion and employs over 40,000 people globally. AUX has established a presence in more than 140 countries and regions, supported by 14 manufacturing facilities and 6 R&D centers.

During the Dubai event, AUX unveiled its new C-Series product line, meticulously crafted for the UAE and broader Middle Eastern markets. This product line emphasizes durability, quiet operation, user comfort, and straightforward installation—essential features tailored to meet the region’s unique demands.

The UAE’s extreme climate—which includes severe heat, high humidity, and dusty conditions—requires resilient and high-performance air conditioning systems. The AUX C-Series has been specifically engineered to deliver outstanding durability and stable performance, even at extreme temperatures of up to 65°C. With the advanced T3 compressor technology, cooling efficiency remains effective under tough conditions.

To combat corrosion caused by salty, humid air in coastal areas, the evaporator is equipped with a dual anti-corrosion coating. Enhanced core components further increase the system’s durability and reliability, establishing the C-Series as a tailored solution for users in the Middle East.

Dr. Samer, Vice President of AUX UAE Branch, stated, “We utilize primarily three sales channels: focusing on small dealers who make up the majority of our unit sales. We collaborate with large engineering firms and are interviewing several companies that share our values to commence partnerships in the villa segment.”

AUX Air Conditioners is renowned for its innovative designs and has received various international awards, such as the iF Design Award and the Red Dot Award. As of September 30, 2024, AUX has filed over 12,000 patents and was the official air conditioning provider for the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games. Recent statistics reveal that AUX became the top-selling brand in China’s mass-market residential air conditioner segment in 2023.

The C-Series features an advanced 4D airflow technology that distributes air uniformly in all directions, eliminating hot or cold spots throughout the room. The integrated UVC sterilization module effectively eliminates airborne bacteria and allergens, ensuring healthier indoor air quality.

With a commitment to silent operation, the C-Series incorporates a refined design that minimizes noise. It boasts an upgraded structure and airflow system, featuring a low-noise air duct and intelligent control logic. Dual-layer soundproofing materials and anti-vibration pads contribute to a tranquil and comfortable environment.

The C-Series is designed for ease of installation and maintenance. A detachable bottom panel with a single-lock design and enhanced base support provides technicians with additional working space, streamlining pipe connections for greater efficiency.

Dr. Samer remarked, “To ensure we provide top-notch products across the GCC, including the UAE, we undertook comprehensive market research and conducted thorough interviews. Consumers here expect more than just cooling; they want quiet, energy-efficient systems customized for the region’s specific climate. The AUX C-Series is our dedicated response to those demands.”

He emphasized the extensive effort put into market research to develop a product tailored for this market with high efficiency. “Our aim is to educate our audience and create benefits that will extend to us and other brands aligned with the same vision for energy conservation,” he added.

He remains optimistic about the market potential in the UAE, viewing it not only as a standalone market but also as a pivotal regional hub for re-exports.
