Amal, a real estate development firm, has announced the selection of “CITIC Middle East Construction” as the main contractor for the “Mansouri Residences,” marking the debut of the prestigious global brand “Mansouri” in the residential sector.

The “Mansouri Residences” project, valued at AED 1.8 billion, is located in the “Horizon Meydan” area and is designed as a 60-story residential tower, expected to be completed in the final quarter of 2028.

CITIC Middle East Construction, headquartered in China, operates across key markets in Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, Europe, and China. The company has a diverse portfolio that includes infrastructure, luxury residential complexes, mixed-use developments, industrial facilities, and urban development initiatives.

Abdullah Bin Lahij, Chairman of Amal, stated: “Since our inception, our goal has been to collaborate with distinguished partners who share our aspirations to push boundaries and redefine industry standards. CITIC Middle East Construction’s solid global expertise and its robust financial and engineering roots, coupled with their unwavering commitment to precision, safety, and innovation, make them the ideal partner for the execution of the Mansouri Residences project. Their impressive track record in delivering a spectrum of complex and upscale projects in major international markets aligns perfectly with our mission to create spaces that harmonize exquisite design with sustainable value. Through this alliance, we aim to deliver a world-class development that embodies the utmost elegance and excellence associated with both Amal and Mansouri.

Li Sheng, General Manager of CITIC Middle East Construction, remarked: “We are extremely proud to be appointed the main contractor for the Mansouri Residences project developed by Amal, a pioneering initiative designed to redefine the concept of ultra-luxury living in Dubai. Drawing from our extensive experience in delivering luxury urban projects globally, we are committed to setting new standards in construction quality, safety, and sustainable execution. Hamid Kraitchean, CEO and co-founder of Ayana Holding, added: “As the main contractor for the Mansouri Residences, our partnership with CITIC Middle East Construction ensures we realize our vision of constructing an ultra-luxury tower centered on design excellence, guaranteed by exceptional craftsmanship and an unwavering attention to detail. With a robust activity in the Dubai real estate market during the first quarter of 2026, the demand for distinguished and valuable development projects, such as the Mansouri Residences, remains strong. Property sales reached AED 176.7 billion, reflecting a 23.4% year-on-year increase in real estate transactions while maintaining price stability and demand for planned units. This strong demand also aligns with the strengthening economic relations between the UAE and China, as key partners signed significant commercial cooperation agreements in the Middle East and Africa.
