The Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers operating under the Dubai Chambers umbrella, organized an open dialogue in collaboration with the Dubai Business Women Council. This event gathered 86 women entrepreneurs to discuss the current state of economic sectors amidst global changes and to explore ways to support female business owners in adapting to new developments while also showcasing the key components of Dubai’s economic resilience along with strategies and solutions that foster business growth.
During the meeting, attended by Dr. Raja’a Issa Saleh Al Qark, Chairwoman of the Dubai Business Women Council, and Mohammed Ali Rashid Lootah, Director General of Dubai Chambers, participants addressed major challenges while discussing priorities and inquiries from women entrepreneurs and leaders in various economic fields.
Economic Development
Mohammed Ali Rashid Lootah stated that women entrepreneurs play a significant role in the economic development of Dubai by actively engaging in business creation, driving growth across various sectors, and generating employment opportunities that support sustainable economic progression. He added, “We are committed to fostering close cooperation with the private sector and all strategic partners to enhance the business environment, enabling companies to tackle global challenges and ensure the smooth operation and continuous growth of trade and investment, regardless of circumstances.
