The Dubai Land Department, through its Real Estate Regulatory Authority, received a total of 664 real estate complaints in July, all of which were resolved to safeguard the rights of stakeholders.
The monthly monitoring report released by the department indicated that it issued 8 real estate violations during the same month to entities that failed to comply with regulations, aiming to protect the market.
Furthermore, the department mandated that 156 real estate entities rectify their situations after identifying advertising violations, as part of its efforts to promote transparency. Additionally, it received 350 reports concerning unsolicited calls and acted upon them accordingly.
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority conducted 10 field visits to ensure compliance with real estate practice standards and issued 65 legal warnings for non-compliance with advertising regulations.
